Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on customer identity and access management solutions. Your experience includes working with high-value accounts, where you've successfully driven deal strategies and positioned complex products to meet customer needs. You are a lifelong learner who thrives on collaboration and can effectively partner across teams to achieve business goals.
You possess a deep understanding of the CIAM landscape and can articulate the value of Auth0's solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to transition between high-level business outcomes and technical SKU strategies sets you apart. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a proven track record of accelerating deal velocity through effective discovery and positioning.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the discovery and positioning of Auth0's CIAM solutions within Okta's most strategic accounts. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Director to shape winning tactics and drive opportunities that align with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, conducting in-depth product demonstrations, and ensuring that customers receive optimal technical solutions for their identity challenges.
You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding customers through the complexities of identity management and helping them understand how Auth0 can enhance their security and growth. Your role will involve regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on account progress, providing insights that inform future strategies.
