What you'll do
As a Key Account Executive for Auth0, you will lead the discovery and positioning of our Customer Identity and Access Management solutions within strategic accounts. Your role involves developing and executing deal strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the complexities of identity management and ensuring they receive optimal solutions. You will collaborate with the Key Account Director to shape opportunities and drive deal velocity, leveraging your understanding of the CIAM landscape. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, engaging in consultative selling, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
