You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to transition seamlessly between high-level business discussions and technical SKU strategies. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is a key strength. You are comfortable navigating the CIAM landscape and can articulate the value of identity solutions to diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Key Account Executive for Auth0, you will lead the discovery and positioning of our CIAM solutions within strategic accounts. Your role involves collaborating closely with the Key Account Director to shape winning tactics and accelerate deal velocity. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring that customers receive optimal technical solutions tailored to their complex identity needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives.

You will work within a collaborative team environment, partnering with various departments to ensure a unified approach to account management.
