You are a highly motivated and self-driven Account Executive with a passion for security and a commitment to driving protection against identity threats. With a strong background in enterprise sales, you understand the importance of cultivating relationships and developing existing customer accounts. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering, product, security, and architecture teams to deliver value and drive growth.

Your experience includes successfully managing a sales territory and achieving consistent results. You are a lifelong learner who embraces diverse perspectives and is eager to contribute to a team that values unique experiences. You have a proven track record of driving new business and expanding existing accounts, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the identity and access management space is a plus, as is familiarity with the Auth0 platform. You are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and can articulate the value of security solutions to various audiences. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs sets you apart as a candidate who can excel in this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will be responsible for driving territory growth through both net new logos and cultivating relationships with existing Auth0 customers. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans that align with the company's vision of providing secure access and authentication solutions. Your focus will be on delivering value to Application Development teams, ensuring they understand how Okta's products can enhance their security posture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, participating in customer meetings, and providing insights that help shape the direction of the Auth0 platform. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring that your pipeline is healthy and that you are on track to meet your targets.
