Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Financial Services sector, where you've successfully managed complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Your ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships is complemented by your technical literacy and understanding of AI technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and researchers to deliver high-impact solutions that meet client needs.

Your business acumen allows you to develop long-term strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and OpenAI's mission. You are adept at navigating the intricacies of financial data analysis and automation, ensuring that deployments are secure and compliant. Your communication skills enable you to articulate the value of AI solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at OpenAI, you will own a focused portfolio of Financial Services accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
