What you'll do

As the Enterprise Sales Manager for Financial Services at OpenAI, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of Account Directors dedicated to acquiring and expanding relationships with our largest financial services clients. You will create a strong coaching culture, conducting regular deal reviews and structured one-on-ones to elevate team performance. Your role will involve defining and refining the go-to-market strategy for the Financial Services vertical, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of financial institutions. Your insights will help shape the vertical GTM playbook, guiding how OpenAI engages with the Financial Services market. You will also be responsible for driving disciplined pipeline management and forecasting practices, ensuring that your team meets its sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
