Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing client accounts and driving customer success. With at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of customer relationships and are adept at identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating value propositions and insights to clients, ensuring they see the benefits of expanding their use of the Outreach platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to champion customer needs and drive satisfaction. You are passionate about learning and staying updated on sales trends and methodologies, which helps you provide the best service to your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for retaining current customers and identifying opportunities for expansion within their accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how to maximize their use of the Outreach platform to achieve their business goals. You will set and track key performance indicators related to customer retention and expansion, ensuring that you meet or exceed your quotas. You will collaborate with other teams, including sales and customer success, to share insights and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. You will also participate in industry events and engage with thought leadership content to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
