You are a natural troubleshooter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your support efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through product configurations, and ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
