Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully engaged with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your experience spans at least 5 years in account management or sales roles, ideally within the tech or consulting sectors. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, fostering trust and rapport with clients. You are resourceful and thrive in challenging situations, always seeking innovative ways to overcome obstacles and drive results. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion aligns with Paradigm's mission, and you are passionate about creating equitable workplace cultures.

Desirable

Experience in selling software solutions or consulting services is a plus, as is familiarity with workplace culture initiatives. A background in human resources or organizational development can enhance your understanding of client needs in this space. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet sales targets.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Paradigm, you will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-driven workplace culture platform. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, from fast-growing startups to Fortune 100 companies, helping them design inclusive and high-performance cultures. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and nurturing relationships to understand their unique challenges and goals. You will collaborate closely with our consulting team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive engagement, performance, and retention.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Paradigm's mission and values. This includes setting and achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and providing regular updates to leadership on progress and challenges. You will leverage your expertise to provide insights and recommendations that enhance our offerings and improve client satisfaction.
