Your experience includes working with diverse teams and understanding the importance of inclusive workplace cultures. You are resourceful and thrive in challenging situations, always seeking opportunities to expand your impact. You are passionate about diversity and inclusion, and you understand how these values contribute to high-performance cultures. You are comfortable with technology and can articulate the benefits of AI-driven solutions to potential clients. You are a strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex ideas clearly. You are motivated by results and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Paradigm, you will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-driven workplace culture platform. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can help them build inclusive and high-performance cultures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings align with client expectations and deliver value. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and nurture existing client relationships. You will also provide feedback to our product and marketing teams based on client interactions to help shape our offerings. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales metrics and performance, ensuring that you are on track to meet your targets. You will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Paradigm and expand your professional network.
