Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in managing merchant accounts and configurations. Your attention to detail ensures that all merchant data is accurate and compliant with internal processes. You are proficient in data analysis, allowing you to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with finance, sales, and tech teams to resolve issues and streamline operations. Your communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and support leadership in achieving operational goals.
Desirable
Experience with CRM systems and operational reporting tools is a plus. Familiarity with financial processes related to invoicing and merchant accounts will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will configure and maintain merchant offers, pricing, and discounts within internal systems. You will execute updates for Merchant Discount Rates (MDR) and Value-Added Services (VAS) as per approved requests. Ensuring compliance with internal approval and audit processes is crucial, as is maintaining accurate merchant data across CRM and internal sales platforms. You will process and verify merchant invoices in coordination with finance and sales teams, tracking billing cycles and adjustments to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will support monthly and quarterly reconciliation exercises for key merchant accounts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales performance and operational metrics. Your data analysis skills will be essential in identifying revenue trends and insights into merchant behavior.
