What you'll do
As a Team Lead in the EDC Retail team, you will be responsible for increasing sales of Paytm's devices among merchants in your specified area. This role requires you to physically engage with micro markets, identifying and selling to high-quality merchants. You will adhere to risk guidelines, visiting merchants to resolve any issues that may arise and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your role will involve collaborating with various business and technology teams within Paytm to identify and address common bottlenecks, particularly on the technology front.
You will actively seek references from converted clients to expand your network of potential merchants. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales and enhance the merchant experience with Paytm's technology. You will play a crucial role in helping small businesses grow and manage their operations through data-driven solutions.
