Who you are

You have a strong background in B2B field sales, with experience in cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation — you've successfully identified and engaged potential clients, leveraging your network to drive sales. Your understanding of technology and user experience allows you to effectively communicate the value of Paytm's offerings to merchants. You possess excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, which enable you to build strong relationships with clients and resolve any issues that arise. You are willing to experiment and continuously improve your approach to sales, adapting to the needs of the market and your clients.

What you'll do

As the KAM(GT) - Team Lead, you will be responsible for increasing sales of Paytm's devices among merchants in your specified area. This role requires you to physically engage with micro markets, identifying and selling to high-quality merchants while minimizing risks of fraud and chargebacks through careful onboarding processes. You will adhere to risk guidelines and work closely with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify and address common bottlenecks, particularly on the technology front. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador for Paytm, embodying the company's values of staying hungry, humble, and relevant.
