Plaid is hiring a Named Account Executive - Fraud to drive new business and expansion within existing customers. You'll act as a subject matter expert across fraud, risk, and identity verification. This position requires a proactive approach and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. You understand the complexities of fraud solutions and can articulate their value to potential clients. Your consultative selling approach allows you to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with account management and product teams to deliver exceptional customer value. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your sales cycle and anticipates risks effectively. Your ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is key to your success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for Plaid’s Fraud solutions, driving new business and expansion within existing customers. You will partner closely with Account Management, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to identify high-impact use cases. Your expertise in fraud, risk, and identity verification will position you as a trusted advisor to clients. You will engage in consultative selling, ensuring that you understand customer needs and can provide tailored solutions. You will also play a critical role in scaling products and translating customer needs into commercial opportunities. Your proactive approach will help accelerate Plaid’s growth in the fraud solutions market.
