Who you are
You are an enthusiastic individual with a knack for sales and a passion for technology. You have some technical experience, ideally with basic coding knowledge or prior experience at developer tool companies, which allows you to effectively communicate Replit's value proposition. You excel in client-facing situations and are eager to be the first point of contact for many prospects, setting the tone for their Replit experience. You understand the importance of building relationships and are driven to identify and qualify potential customers across various segments from SMB to Enterprise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will generate and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting activities. You will research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers. Your efforts will play a crucial role in Replit's go-to-market strategy, as you evangelize a future where anyone can create software using natural language. You will articulate Replit's mission and help usher in a change in the nature of software development, akin to the PC era. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to account executive engagement.
