What you'll do
As the Market Leader, you will be accountable for the growth and performance of the South Florida market. You will lead cross-segment commercial growth by collaborating with Channel Leaders and Segment Leaders to align on market objectives. Your role will involve building market share and deepening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
You will act as the face of the firm in the local market, interlocking all aspects of firm strategy with local execution. High communication with all facets of the organization is vital, and you will work closely with marketing, finance, and other internal functions to ensure alignment and success.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing growth strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that your market has the expertise and resources needed to deliver exceptional results for clients.
