You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and optimize business relationships with strategic partners to expand Roblox's global reach and grow revenue. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to support strategic programs and initiatives that align with Roblox's mission and vision. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating innovative commercial strategies that leverage platforms such as app stores and social/video platforms. You will oversee the execution of go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with Roblox's overall business objectives. You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development to develop and implement initiatives that enhance Roblox's market position and drive revenue growth.
