Who you are

You are a self-driven individual with a strong interest in technical sales, particularly in analytics and data science. Your curiosity fuels your continuous learning, and you thrive in environments where you can collaborate with others. You have experience navigating complex sales cycles, particularly in large organizations, and understand the importance of building relationships with multiple stakeholders. You are humble and value teamwork, always striving to execute your responsibilities thoughtfully and reliably.

You may have experience as a New Logo Account Executive, where you focused on acquiring new customers and building territories from the ground up. Alternatively, you might have worked as a Major Accounts Manager, developing and maintaining client relationships to identify growth opportunities within Fortune 1000 Enterprise and Multinational accounts. Regardless of your background, you share core attributes that align with the successful sellers at Posit.

What you'll do

As part of the Sales Talent Community at RStudio, you will be putting your resume in front of the recruiting team for future openings across all levels of the sales organization. You will have the opportunity to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that align with their goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless sales process and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

You will be expected to demonstrate your technical curiosity and ability to learn quickly about the products and services offered by RStudio. This will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries. You will also participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, preparing you for future roles within the sales team.
