You have a proven track record of sales excellence, particularly in the federal sector, with a focus on the Department of Defense. Your experience includes managing complex sales processes and developing strategic account plans that drive significant revenue growth. You are quota-driven and thrive in a competitive environment, demonstrating a history of impressive pipeline growth and outbound prospecting. You understand the nuances of selling enterprise infrastructure and software solutions, and you are adept at navigating the intricacies of government procurement processes. Your ability to collaborate effectively with Systems Engineers and Sales Development teams is key to your success. You are innovative and relentless in your approach to qualification and customer engagement, ensuring that you consistently exceed sales objectives.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity solutions or data protection technologies is a plus. Familiarity with the federal sales landscape and existing relationships within the DoD can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track your progress.

What you'll do

As a Federal Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in the Intel territory. This includes discovering and developing new opportunities, managing your sales pipeline, and executing account strategies that align with Rubrik's objectives. You will represent Rubrik within the Department of Defense, working closely with Systems Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, allowing you to tailor your sales strategies effectively. You will be responsible for presenting Rubrik's solutions to key stakeholders, articulating the value proposition clearly and compellingly. Additionally, you will manage customer expansion efforts, ensuring that existing clients are satisfied and that opportunities for upselling and cross-selling are maximized. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the Federal Sales Team.
