Rubrik is seeking an Account Executive to drive bookings growth and account development within strategic Enterprise accounts in Sweden. You'll manage the sales process and collaborate with various teams to exceed sales objectives.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a successful sales background in technology, particularly in security or data center solutions. With a quota-driven mindset, you thrive on discovering and developing new opportunities while managing a robust sales pipeline. Your strategic focus allows you to introduce and broaden Rubrikโs presence within targeted accounts at all levels. You are a dynamic individual who excels in a hunter role, eager to engage with Systems Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Partners to achieve sales objectives.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present Rubrikโs solutions effectively within complex data center design environments. Your experience includes co-selling and strategizing with partners, distributors, and VARs to facilitate rapid growth. You are adept at providing management with valuable feedback about local market opportunities and identifying new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for assigned targeted accounts to meet and exceed your quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a sales pipeline that moves a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process. Your responsibilities will include identifying and closing new opportunities for growth within a targeted mix of Fortune 500 accounts.
You will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team, managing all aspects of the sales process. Your ability to collaborate with various teams will be crucial as you work to exceed sales objectives. You will also be responsible for presenting Rubrikโs solutions in complex environments, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.
