SalesLoft is hiring a Majors Account Executive to drive sales and transform how companies manage revenue. You'll work in a remote capacity across the United States, ideally located in the Central region. This role requires a strong hunter mentality and a passion for sales innovation.

You understand the importance of making confident decisions powered by AI and real signals, and you are eager to contribute to the mission of building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs enables you to tailor your approach and drive successful sales strategies. You are comfortable with travel within the Central region of the United States, as this role may require you to meet clients and prospects in person. You are committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking to improve your sales techniques and knowledge of the industry.
Desirable
Experience in enterprise sales or working with major accounts is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and platforms will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in technology or software sales can provide you with the insights needed to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
What you'll do
As a Majors Account Executive at SalesLoft, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Major Accounts team. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you are positioned as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
You will leverage your expertise in SaaS sales to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts, as well as pursue new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach and tactics.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will be encouraged to share insights and best practices with your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
