Who you are
You are a highly motivated and energetic professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly in the areas of IaaS and SaaS technologies. You have a good working knowledge of identity management, cloud security, and privileged access management solutions, which enables you to effectively communicate the value of Saviynt's offerings to potential clients. Your experience includes managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive results.
You possess excellent prospecting and sales skills, allowing you to identify and engage with key decision-makers within organizations. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs is crucial in driving sales for Saviynt's disruptive solutions. You are comfortable working with reseller partners and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional sales across SMB, Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise segments in Germany. You will actively manage day-to-day prospecting and selling activities, which include opportunity discovery, conducting demos, and guiding clients through the RFP/RFI, evaluation, and proof of concept stages of the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Engineering and Product Management teams to identify and close new deals, ensuring that you meet or exceed your territory quota.
Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client. You will leverage your understanding of Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform to articulate its benefits and address any concerns potential clients may have. As the primary interface to prospects, you will play a critical role in building trust and establishing long-term partnerships.
