Scribe is hiring a Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales to lead a team focused on selling their AI Workflow platform to large enterprise organizations. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience and offers the opportunity to drive significant growth.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of successful front-line field enterprise sales leadership experience, particularly in business application software. Your background includes 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, both as an individual contributor and as a manager, showcasing your ability to lead teams effectively. You are an entrepreneur at heart, thriving in decentralized and autonomous environments, and you have a proven track record of instilling a culture of excellence within your teams.
You possess strong coaching skills, enabling you to guide your team of strategic account executives in owning, closing, and expanding deals. Your experience includes developing account and territory plans in close partnership with your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. You understand the importance of operational excellence and consistently deliver high-quality forecasts to drive sales process repeatability and deal hygiene.
What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing team focused on selling Scribe's AI Workflow platform to named accounts in North America. You will coach your team to effectively navigate large, complex sales processes, coordinating across various internal teams such as legal, deal desk, and R&D. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales process repeatability and ensuring forecast accuracy, which are essential for closing opportunities successfully.
You will be responsible for instilling an environment of operational excellence, where your team can thrive and exceed their sales targets. Your role will involve mentoring and continuously developing your team, helping them achieve success in their sales efforts. You will also be expected to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the overall goals of the company.
