Overview

Secfix is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive demand and close deals in the DACH region. This role requires fluency in German and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to shape sales strategies.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a driven sales professional with experience in account management, particularly in the mid-market segment. You possess strong communication skills in German and have a proven track record of closing complex deals. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable taking ownership of your results without micromanagement. You understand the importance of security compliance and are passionate about helping companies navigate ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 requirements.

Desirable

Experience in the DACH region is a plus, as is familiarity with security compliance solutions. You are adaptable and can pivot between different sales strategies, whether focusing on higher-value deals or supporting SMB opportunities as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in generating demand and closing deals that contribute to Secfix's growth. You will work directly with the CEO and go-to-market leadership to refine the sales approach for larger customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. You will leverage best practices and insights from the team to optimize your sales strategies and achieve your quotas. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you will need to align your efforts with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
