Overview

Sigmoid is hiring a Leadership Pricing & Revenue Strategist to lead the organization’s pricing strategy and commercial governance. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in IT Services with a focus on pricing and revenue optimization.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in IT Services, with at least 5 recent years dedicated to Pricing, Deal Commercials, or Revenue Optimization. Your educational background includes an MBA from a Tier-1 Business School or a Chartered Accountant qualification, which equips you with the necessary commercial acumen. You have a strong preference for candidates with exposure to strategy consulting or enterprise commercial management, showcasing your ability to navigate complex business environments.

In your previous roles, you have demonstrated high negotiation strength and the ability to partner closely with various teams, including Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal. Your experience has honed your skills in driving profitable growth and ensuring competitive positioning in the market. You are comfortable with periodic travel for customer meetings and strategic deal discussions, reflecting your commitment to building strong client relationships.

What you'll do

As a Pricing & Revenue Strategist, you will lead the organization’s pricing strategy and commercial governance across all service lines. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining pricing models, benchmarks, and rate cards, ensuring they align with the business strategy. You will develop pricing guardrails, discount frameworks, and deal approval mechanisms to facilitate effective decision-making.

You will also lead pricing reviews and deal structuring for large strategic pursuits, running profitability models that include cost structures, margin analysis, and scenario-based pricing. Supporting Sales and Bid Teams during RFP responses and closing negotiations will be a critical part of your role, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and profitable.
