Snowflake is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive data and AI innovation for Retail & CPG clients in Korea. You'll leverage your sales experience in data platforms and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve account goals.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in sales within the Retail and CPG sectors, specifically focusing on data platforms, CDP/CRM, DWH/Lakehouse, and Analytics/BI projects. Your background includes working with partner ecosystems such as cloud, consulting, SI, and ISV, where you have successfully managed co-sell and joint pipeline operations. You understand the importance of data governance, security, and compliance, and have experience proposing solutions that align with these principles. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and LOB leaders in marketing, commerce, SCM, and CRM, demonstrating your ability to negotiate and present effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales processes for Retail & CPG clients, identifying data and AI innovation opportunities and proposing value realization roadmaps based on Snowflake's platform. You will collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, and partner organizations to design long-term data strategies for clients. Building relationships with key stakeholders, you will manage pipelines and drive co-selling initiatives with partners to create expansion opportunities through customer success. You will establish and execute account plans to meet quarterly and annual targets, leveraging your expertise in large retail and e-commerce environments to enhance Snowflake's market presence in Korea.
