Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong understanding of Snowflake's product, enabling you to provide guidance during complex technical evaluations. With a customer-first mindset, you ensure success by consistently executing what is forecasted to senior management. You have a proven track record of guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations, and you possess the drive to enable, coach, and develop a robust inside sales team. Your experience includes 3+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, or Analytic Tools, and you have successfully managed a team of sales professionals.
You excel at building cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners. Your ability to influence go-to-market strategies for venture-backed or high-growth startups sets you apart. You understand how to sell business value using a repeatable process and coach your team on creating urgency and maintaining deal control. You are passionate about developing a team culture that aligns with Snowflake's core values and are eager to sell an industry-changing product.
What you'll do
In this role, you will recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers for Snowflake. You will develop territories by planning strategically and effectively, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with your team to coach them on navigating complex negotiations and creating urgency in the sales process. Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, driving your team to achieve their full potential.
You will also be responsible for influencing the go-to-market strategy for Snowflake's offerings, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's vision and objectives. By building strong relationships with technical partners and internal support teams, you will facilitate seamless collaboration that enhances the sales process.
