You have 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in sales or business development. You possess a strong passion for technology and software sales, which drives your motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Your effective communication skills enable you to engage with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams seamlessly. You thrive on building relationships and nurturing leads, understanding the importance of setting qualified discovery calls that lead to new business opportunities. You are proactive and take the initiative to explore new strategies for outreach, whether through phone calls or email campaigns. You are comfortable analyzing prospects' businesses to tailor your approach and maximize engagement. You are eager to learn and grow within the SaaS sales industry, contributing to the overall success of your team and the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers. You will conduct thorough research to identify and build new and existing accounts, utilizing rigorous outbound calling efforts and executing strategic email and social campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing analysis on inbound and outbound prospects' businesses, engaging with them through phone and email to establish connections. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in nurturing leads and driving new revenue. You will also share your findings and successes with your team, amplifying effective strategies and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the growth of Snowflake, as you work to challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation.
