You have a proven track record in managing high-value technology partnerships, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within partnerships. Your analytical skills enable you to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions that enhance collaboration. You are also adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the 360-degree relationship with high-value technology partners, ensuring that both parties are aligned in their goals and objectives. You will work closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective joint go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on enabling and accelerating growth through strategic partnerships, leveraging your expertise to create impactful collaborations.

You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize their potential. This includes conducting regular performance reviews and assessments to ensure that partnerships are delivering value. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives and share best practices that enhance partnership effectiveness.

Your role will involve engaging with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the necessary support to succeed in their joint efforts with Snowflake. You will act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
