You have a proven track record in channel management, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and enabling strategic partnerships. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners, sets you apart. You understand the importance of aligning partners with sales strategies and have a deep knowledge of security solutions that add value to both partners and customers.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building strong relationships. Your experience in the tech industry, particularly in security or software development, gives you a unique perspective on how to integrate solutions into partner strategies. You are customer-centric and always seek to understand the needs of both partners and end-users.

What you'll do

As the Lead Channel Manager at Snyk, you will be responsible for the strategy and performance of existing channel partners while also recruiting and onboarding new partners in the West Coast region. You will work closely with Snyk's sales leadership to develop a robust plan that drives pipeline growth and aligns with the company's sales segmentation. Your role will involve integrating Snyk's solutions into partner DevSecOps strategies, ensuring that partners understand the value of Snyk's offerings.

You will provide clear and consistent communication to foster strong partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives. Your success will depend on your ability to navigate complex partner organizations and effectively communicate Snyk's value proposition. You will also be responsible for tracking partner performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize channel strategies.
