You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the tech industry, and possess the ability to engage effectively with developers and decision-makers. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate product value clearly, driving adoption and expanding customer relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing sales team.
You are fluent in Polish and have a deep understanding of the Eastern European market, which enables you to connect with clients and understand their unique needs. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to work independently while also contributing to a positive team culture. You are passionate about technology and eager to sell products that help organizations build high-quality code.
