Who you are

You have a strong background in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to large organizations and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your knowledge of Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI is not just theoretical; you have practical experience that allows you to engage with clients meaningfully and provide genuine value. You excel at building relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, and you know how to position yourself as a trusted advisor in the field. You are enthusiastic and driven, with a passion for helping businesses innovate and succeed in a competitive landscape.

Desirable

Experience in the Eastern European market is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities that businesses in Poland face. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to achieve your goals. A background in technology sales, particularly in data-driven solutions, will set you apart from other candidates.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will focus on expanding our existing book of business in Poland and the CEE region. You will assess your key accounts and develop a strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals. Implementing this strategy will be crucial to your success, as you work to build positive relationships with key decision-makers and identify new business opportunities. You will develop and expand consumption use cases within your key accounts, ensuring that you are not only meeting but exceeding client expectations.
