Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the cybersecurity industry, and understand the complexities of selling advanced security solutions. Your consultative sales approach allows you to effectively map client needs to the right solutions, ensuring a tailored experience for each customer. You excel at building strong relationships and have a knack for understanding client pain points, which enables you to provide exceptional service and support. You are comfortable working with technical teams and can translate complex technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
Desirable
Experience with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services or similar cybersecurity solutions is a plus. Familiarity with working alongside presales engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously seeking to improve your sales strategies and client engagement techniques.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities within your assigned region, focusing on enterprise accounts. You will leverage your understanding of cybersecurity to engage with potential clients, presenting Sophos' comprehensive portfolio of security solutions. Collaborating closely with presales engineers, you will ensure that client needs are met with the most suitable offerings. Your goal is to build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with Sophos.
You will also be tasked with identifying cross-sale opportunities within existing accounts, working to expand Sophos' footprint in the enterprise sector. Regularly engaging with clients, you will gather feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
