You have a proven track record of closing new agency business — your experience in sales within digital advertising has equipped you with strong commercial abilities and the skills to autonomously close high-value deals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively working across functions to drive results. Your ability to prospect, pitch, and close is complemented by your understanding of the marketing technology landscape, particularly in programmatic advertising.
You are results-driven and possess a deep understanding of the customer journey — your expertise allows you to engage and convert audiences with precision. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are located in the Pacific Northwest, which is a priority for this role. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with clients and internal teams alike, ensuring that you can effectively identify target accounts and develop strategies for activating new logos.
Desirable
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, as it will help you manage your pipeline and track your progress effectively. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies will also enhance your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development within the agency sector — you will identify and target potential clients, develop tailored pitches, and close deals that align with StackAdapt's marketing solutions. Collaborating closely with regional sales leadership, you will strategize on account activation and ensure that your efforts contribute to the overall growth of the company.
You will engage in prospecting activities, utilizing your network and industry knowledge to connect with potential clients. Your ability to pitch effectively will be crucial as you present StackAdapt's AI-powered marketing platform and its capabilities to prospective agencies. You will also work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure that the solutions you offer meet client needs and drive measurable results.
As you close new business, you will maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes, allowing you to track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
