Statista is hiring a Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee regional execution and optimize sales processes. You'll work closely with the Revenue Team and Enablement in New York. This role requires a systematic approach to sales operations.

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in managing processes and tools that drive sales efficiency. You are systematic and empathetic, thriving in environments where you can optimize workflows and enhance team performance. Your ability to work with data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of CRM hygiene and process stewardship, ensuring that your team has the tools they need to succeed. You are a collaborative partner, working closely with regional sales leadership and the global team to align on best practices and standards. You embrace diversity and understand that different perspectives contribute to a stronger team dynamic.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of sales processes in the Americas, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will partner with the Revenue Team to drive adoption of tools and processes, continuously optimizing how sellers work. Your role will involve close collaboration with regional sales leadership to align on strategies and ensure that local execution meets global standards. You will analyze data to provide actionable reporting that informs decision-making and enhances sales performance. Your hands-on approach will help you identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that benefit the entire team. You will also play a key role in training and enabling the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to excel.
