You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with Account Executives to develop account plans that drive Professional Services business growth.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders alike. Your ability to craft custom proposals that resonate with clients' needs is a key strength. You have a deep understanding of the payments industry and the role that APIs play in digital solutions, which enables you to provide valuable insights to clients.

Experience in a growth-stage internet/software company is a plus, as is familiarity with the payments industry. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on achieving growth targets.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Services Manager at Stripe, you will own the Professional Services sales cycle for enterprise companies, driving the success of our services by managing and forecasting bookings. You will partner with Account Executives on named account lists to develop strategic account plans aimed at winning and expanding Professional Services business with enterprise clients. Your role will involve leading strategic conversations during pre-sales engagements, helping clients understand how Stripe can transform their payments and financial infrastructure.
You will be responsible for crafting custom proposals that align with clients' business outcomes, ensuring that our services meet their specific needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with prospective users will be crucial in turning them into satisfied Stripe customers. You will also play a key role in driving Stripe's future growth engine by identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
