What you'll do
As an Account Executive at SugarCRM, you will manage an assigned territory in the UK, focusing on driving revenue growth through direct sales to SMEs. You will own the full sales cycle, which includes outbound prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Your goal will be to secure high-margin, long-term customers while increasing market share for SugarCRM's innovative CRM solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Manager of New Business Sales and other team members to develop strategies that resonate with potential clients and meet their unique needs.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their challenges and how SugarCRM can help address them. You will also participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
