Supabase is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex sales cycles and help large enterprises adopt their Postgres development platform. You'll work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders across the United States. This role requires strong sales skills and a deep understanding of the product.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. You thrive in a high-ownership role where you can lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to renewals, and you enjoy building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including developers and C-level executives. Your ability to understand technical products and align them with strategic goals is key to your success.

You are comfortable working remotely and have experience managing a portfolio of high-value accounts. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Product, and Engineering, to unblock deals and create long-term value for clients. You are driven by results and have a passion for helping developers adopt innovative solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts across the United States, focusing on long-term growth and technical depth. You will lead full-cycle sales, which includes prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new and expansion deals. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders will be a critical part of your day-to-day responsibilities, as you align on their strategic goals and guide enterprise adoption of Supabase’s open-source stack.

You will partner cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to unblock deals and create long-term value for your clients. Your deep understanding of the product and roadmap will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits of Supabase to potential customers. You will also be responsible for tracking your sales activities and reporting on your progress to ensure that you meet your targets.
