Who you are
You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision medicine and advancing the healthcare industry. You understand the importance of incentive compensation in driving business growth and have a keen interest in market research and competitor analysis. You are eager to learn and grow within the Sales Operations team, supporting oncology and neuropsychiatry sales organizations.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with various aspects of compensation plans, including design, quota setting, and payout calculations. You are committed to ensuring that compensation plans align with industry standards and best practices, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive and competitive compensation plans that incentivize consistent growth in line with Tempus AI's strategic objectives. You will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to ensure that compensation plans are aligned with industry standards. You will develop a deep understanding of sales roles, performance metrics, and target audiences to create effective incentive programs.
You will also be instrumental in the administration of Presidents Club and other incentive programs, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which will help you refine and enhance compensation strategies over time.
