Who you are

You have 1+ years of experience in technology sales, particularly in an outbound role, where you've honed your skills in lead generation, qualification, and discovery. Your expertise in top-of-the-funnel sales fundamentals allows you to effectively engage with potential clients and understand their needs. You are proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools like Zoominfo and Groove, which you leverage to curate targeted lists for lead generation. Your analytical mindset helps you utilize historical data and AI to surface high-value prospects, ensuring that your outreach is both strategic and effective.

You possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry or have experience selling to healthcare providers, which gives you an edge in understanding the unique challenges and needs of this sector. Your ability to perform detailed account research allows you to prioritize the right targets and tailor your approach accordingly. You are comfortable managing light implementation and resolving technical issues, ensuring that customers can effectively use the platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding SQL and ARR targets each week, which will require a high volume of cold calling and prospecting. You will own the entire qualification and discovery process, unlocking Enterprise deals by thoroughly qualifying leads and uncovering their value. Your daily activities will include meeting or exceeding call and activity requirements, ensuring that you are consistently engaging with potential clients.

You will utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage your leads and reporting, ensuring that your outreach is data-driven and effective. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from lead qualification to implementation. You will also be expected to resolve frequent technical issues that may arise, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the Uber Health platform. Your contributions will be vital in driving the growth of Uber Health within the broader Uber for Business framework.
