Who you are

You have a strong background in sales and partnerships, ideally with experience in the transportation or mobility sector. You understand the nuances of working with public transport agencies and local governments, and you are passionate about sustainable mobility solutions. You possess excellent communication skills and can build relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and impactful. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and decisions, and you thrive in an autonomous role where you can take ownership of your territory. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of public-private partnerships, understanding the importance of collaboration in achieving shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to developing tailored Transit propositions that leverage standard Uber products. You will negotiate agreements and champion long-term customer success, ensuring that partnerships lead to measurable increases in public transport ridership and reductions in operating costs. You will act with autonomy and accountability, managing your territory like your own business and making strategic decisions to accelerate growth. Your focus will be on expanding Uber's collaboration with public transport agencies, operators, and local governments, particularly in the Nordics and the UK. You will work closely with internal teams to align on objectives and ensure that the partnerships you develop are sustainable and impactful.
