Who you are
You have a strong background in managing client relationships and optimizing advertising campaigns, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. You excel in communication and have a knack for translating marketing objectives into effective strategies. Your analytical thinking allows you to proactively monitor campaign performance and resolve issues efficiently. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and enjoy collaborating with various teams to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of clear communication and setting expectations with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and can tailor insights to meet the specific needs of advertisers, demonstrating your commitment to their success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the center of client success, overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns for enterprise-level partners. You will proactively monitor campaign performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Participating in internal kick-off calls, you will gather campaign requirements and support complex executions. You will coordinate the launch and ongoing management of campaigns, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and expectations are clearly set. Regular reporting will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will tailor insights to meet the needs of advertisers. Your deep understanding of clients' marketing goals will enable you to recommend proactive solutions that drive investment and product adoption. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships that contribute to long-term value creation.
