Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-market enterprise deals. Your experience includes working with large corporate clients and national restaurant franchises, showcasing your ability to drive revenue growth effectively. You understand the unique market dynamics of the Sub-Saharan Africa region and can leverage this knowledge to build strategic partnerships.

You possess excellent relationship management skills, allowing you to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-tier prospects. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Legal ensures that bespoke enterprise solutions are feasible and scalable. You are also adept at providing market intelligence, acting as the voice of the region to inform product teams about local market needs and competitor moves.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead high-impact partnerships with the region’s largest corporations and restaurant chains, directly influencing how millions of professionals access food and essential goods. You will identify, pitch, and close multi-market enterprise deals, managing the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting to contract finalization. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions you propose are tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.

You will act as a key player in driving Uber Eats' market presence in South Africa, defining the gold standard for strategic partnerships within the food delivery industry. Your success will be measured by your ability to scale market presence and foster long-term strategic alliances that increase Uber Eats' market share. You will also provide valuable feedback to product teams on local market dynamics, ensuring that Uber Eats remains competitive and responsive to changes in the industry.
