You have a proven track record in account management, capable of independently managing a book of assigned accounts while taking ownership of customer relationships and satisfaction. You develop and implement account management plans that focus on customer retention and revenue growth, proactively identifying customer needs and opportunities. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to resolve complex customer issues and conflicts effectively. You are adept at upselling and cross-selling solutions, ensuring that you expand customer relationships and drive business growth.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to clients. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
