Who you are
You have experience in account management, capable of independently managing a book of assigned accounts while taking ownership of customer relationships and satisfaction. You develop and implement account management plans that focus on customer retention and revenue growth. You proactively identify customer needs and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to resolve complex customer issues and conflicts efficiently. You are adept at identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and upsell or cross-sell Udemy Business solutions. Your communication skills allow you to convey information clearly and effectively, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Desirable
Fluency in Italian is essential for this role, as you will be working with Italian-speaking clients. Experience in the e-learning or technology sector is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. A background in sales or customer success will also be beneficial, as you will need to navigate customer relationships and drive growth effectively.
