You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record in software sales, particularly in the Mid Market and Enterprise sectors. You thrive in building relationships with C-Suite decision makers and understand the nuances of selling to diverse client organizations. Your curiosity and self-motivation enable you to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver value to clients. You embody the values of being bold, humble, immersed, and fast, aligning with UiPath's mission to transform how the world works through automation.

You have experience in developing and maintaining positive business relationships with local partners and global systems integrators. Your entrepreneurial spirit and high energy make you a valuable asset to the sales team, as you work collaboratively to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules. You are comfortable operating at all levels within an organization, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the benefits of UiPath's solutions to a variety of stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a regionally organized set of customers, focusing on both new and existing Mid Market and Enterprise clients. You will achieve sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions, effectively becoming the face of UiPath in your territory. You will work closely with a team of committed software sales executives, collaborating daily with innovators and business leaders to deliver business and individual value at client organizations.

You will establish, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations. Your role will involve understanding client needs and aligning them with UiPath's offerings, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the transformative power of automation to potential clients. You will also be expected to contribute to building UiPath's brand in the marketplace, enhancing visibility and reputation within your territory.
