UiPath is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and success for large enterprise accounts in South Korea. You'll engage with C-level decision makers and develop strategic account plans. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in engaging with C-level and executive decision makers. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives, ensuring maximum value from solutions. You thrive in a high-growth environment and are self-motivated, with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed in their digital transformation journeys.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your ability to manage and forecast sales pipelines is complemented by your commitment to achieving revenue targets and company goals. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Desirable
Experience in the automation or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise software solutions. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of large organizations, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive growth and success for UiPath's large enterprise accounts across various industries in South Korea. You will engage meaningfully with decision makers to identify new opportunities and develop multi-year strategic account plans. Your responsibilities will include managing and forecasting your sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your key accounts, ensuring that clients receive maximum business value from UiPath solutions.
