Overview

UiPath is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to work with top Enterprise accounts in Southern Africa. You'll develop sales strategies and build relationships with C-level executives to drive revenue. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in enterprise software.

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in software solutions. You are skilled at analyzing market potential and developing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and business leaders. You are passionate about automation and understand how it can transform businesses. You are self-motivated and enjoy working collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in the automation or software industry is a plus. Familiarity with value selling techniques will help you effectively communicate the benefits of UiPath's solutions to potential clients. You should be comfortable working with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at UiPath, you will analyze the territory and market potential to develop sales strategies that maximize revenue. You will be responsible for achieving agreed-upon sales targets within a quarterly schedule. Your role will involve evangelizing UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting and promoting our solutions. You will educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally. Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients will be crucial, as will developing trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to drive successful customer implementations. You will partner closely with the Customer Success Management group to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
