Who you are
You have 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry β you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with large enterprise customers. Your previous experience includes selling AI/SaaS applications, which has equipped you with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
You excel in account planning and territory planning β you know how to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills enable you to effectively convey value propositions and close deals.
You are genuinely curious about customer businesses β you take the time to understand their challenges and explore automation opportunities that can drive their success. Your ability to interface with technical sales support and customer success teams ensures that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
What you'll do
At UiPath, you will be responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas while providing an exceptional experience to customers. You will mine existing relationships and develop comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPathβs key relationships. Understanding customer businesses will be crucial as you explore automation opportunities and demonstrate our value proposition effectively.
You will develop and execute account strategies and roadmaps for long-term relationships, ensuring that you maintain strong connections with decision-makers in the market. Collaborating with the technical sales support team and customer success team will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieving quarterly quotas will be a key focus, and you will leverage your extensive experience to drive results. Your role will involve continuous learning about product and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market.
