Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to evangelize UiPath's brand and solutions effectively in the marketplace. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the DACH Sales organization, ensuring that sales targets and outcomes are achieved within a quarterly schedule. You will analyze the territory and market potential, developing strategies to maximize revenue and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include presenting and promoting UiPath's solutions to potential clients, educating them on the financial and professional benefits of automation.
You will establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Partnering with the Customer Success Management group, you will work to ensure successful customer implementations and satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the complexities of the sales process, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
